components as resulting maintenance free except proper
lubrication in movable parts even which are well balanced
and hardened. The benches are Quieter in operation without

Injection Testing Machines are used for Testing & Cleaning of
common rail pump,
CRDI (Common Rail
Direct Injector), 6, 8, 12 Cylinder Engines,
common rail injector, unit pump, unit injector, and electronic
pumps.
Fuel Injection Testing Benches are used to indicate the metering
functions of the diesel fuel injection -how the correct amount of
fuel for any given situation should be Injected and delivered.- is
not achieved electronically but rather through mechanical means
alone. All the components in both mechanical or Electronic Fuel
Injection (EFI) systems that Inject the fuel in to the engine -the
pumps, plumbing, valves, injectors- are mechanical in operation. The
difference being that in EFI systems the injectors are switched on
and off electronically by the EFI controls.
